On Tuesday night, the First Team face Arlesey Town at home in an FA Cup Replay, after today’s tie finished 1-1. Therefore, Monday afternoon’s league match against Leighton Town has been postponed and will be rearranged to a later date.

Our very own Fitzroy Simpson will be turning out for Manchester City in the the North West Masters Cup being held at Manchester MEN Arena on Sunday 18th July. Fitz will be lining up with ex City players Keith Curle, Nicky Summerbee, Ian Brightwell, Andy Dibble, Richard Edghill, Mike Sheron and Paul Simpson.

Aylesbury FC this week confirmed the new management team for the Under 18 Youth section at the Club. Michael Hogg will continue to manage the team following his arrival for the last 6 matches of last season and will be assisted by Gary Wray, Trevor Hercules and Nick Seaton.

Following our attendance at the Spartan South Midlands Football League AGM at the weekend, we are pleased to announce we picked up some more awards. We grabbed Team of the Month for April / May, Mark Eaton picked up Manager of the Season and Craig Henney was awarded the Golden Boot.

We would like to confirm our full list of pre–season friendlies which include fixtures at home against MK Dons, Oxford City, Wealdstone, Windsor & Eton and Chesham United, and trips to Royston Town, Northampton Spencer and Long Buckby. There may still be one or two additions and this will be advised at a later date.

The club are looking for volunteers for this coming season to assist on match days this being Saturdays and Tuesday evenings. There are a variety of jobs that need to be done to make the day/evening run smoothly. Today, we claimed the SSMFL Premier Division title and secured promotion to the Southern League with a 4–1 victory over Leverstock Green as Chalfont St Peter lost 1–2 to Broxbourne Borough.
