Aylesbury FC is a semi professional football club in Aylesbury. Playing at Haywood Way in the town, the club formally known as Aylesbury Vale play in the Zamaretto Southern Football League Division 1 Central, Step 4 of the football league pyramid. The club earned promotion to this league from the Spartan South Midlands Football League Premier Division (Step 5) at the end of the 2009 – 2010 season after becoming league and cup double winners. The club was formed on the basis of that once again there would be a top class football team in Aylesbury that the town could be proud of. The people behind Aylesbury FC are determined to succeed and have put together a strategy for success both on and off the pitch. The club has put together an enthusiastic strong experienced management team to ensure long term financial stability and create a great platform for sustained success.

On Tuesday night, the First Team face Arlesey Town at home in an FA Cup Replay, after today’s tie finished 1-1. Therefore, Monday afternoon’s league match against Leighton Town has been postponed and will be rearranged to a later date.
